CUSTOM RUGS

Custom rugs are made-to-order, one-a-kind pieces designed specifically for you.
• All Custom Batch rug sales are final.
• No returns, refunds, or exchanges once your order is confirmed.
• Double-check your submission (image clarity, size, etc.) before production begins.

LIMITED DROP RUGS

Free returns within 7 days of delivery — no fees, no hassle.
Item must be unused and returned in its original rolled-up condition and packaging.
If approved, we'll offer a refund or replacement (depending on availability).

LUM GLOW YARN

Free returns within 7 days of delivery — no fees, no hassle.
Item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
If approved, we'll offer a refund or replacement.

DAMAGED RUGS

• Please email us at firerugs@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include clear photos of the damage and your order number.
• We'll review and, if approved, we'll offer a replacement or refund.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

• Minor color variations due to screen differences
• Rugs that have been used, altered, or displayed
• Late return requests outside the 7-day window (for Limited Drops)
