We can usually clean it up. If the image is too blurry to recognize, we will ask for a clearer version before starting.

Our rugs are handmade in our partner factory overseas. We work closely with a small team of artisans who specialize in tufted rugs and finishing work. Every piece goes through several quality checks to make sure it meets our standards before it ships to you.
